Terms of Service

ChatterChecks sells measurement and diagnosis, not guaranteed outcomes. We measure how often AI assistants — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Grok — recommend your practice when asked realistic questions in your town, and report exactly what they say. We identify specific issues we find (a wrong address, a closed competitor still being recommended, a listing gap) and describe the standard remedy for each.

We report findings, not fixes we perform for you, and we do not predict how your recommendation rate will change or promise any timeline for a change. Whether you act on a finding, and how the assistants respond afterward, is outside anything we promise. Any statement of measured fact in your reports — a rate, a rank, a citation — is exactly what was observed on the date measured; it is not a prediction and not a guarantee of future results.

Access isn't self-serve. Every account is set up personally after you submit a request through the site — we review each request, set up your account, and run your first measurement before you're invited in. We reserve the right to decline a request at our discretion.

A market is one town, tracked across up to five categories. Pricing:

• 1 market — $70/month
• 2 markets — $120/month
• 3 markets — $160/month

Billing is monthly only. There are no annual plans and no prepayment — you're billed once per month, in advance, for the markets on your account, through Stripe's hosted checkout and billing portal. We never see or store your card details.

You can cancel at any time through your account's billing portal. Cancelling stops future billing at the end of your current monthly billing period — you keep access through the period you've already paid for. Because there's no annual prepayment, there's nothing to prorate or refund on cancellation: fees already paid for the current period are not refunded, and no future fees are charged. We may also offer a refund at our discretion for a billing error or a documented service failure on our part.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the business information you give us during onboarding and for keeping your account's sign-in secure. Report data is for your own business use — evaluating and improving how your practice is represented to AI assistants. We don't sell your report data or share one customer's findings with another. Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect and how.

Don't use ChatterChecks to submit information you don't have the right to submit, to attempt to access another organization's data, to interfere with the service, or to resell access without our agreement. We may suspend or terminate an account for non-payment, abuse, or a material breach of these terms.

AI assistants are third-party systems we don't control. We measure and report what they say as of the date measured; we can't guarantee they'll say the same thing tomorrow, and a competitor's standing or a platform's behavior can change for reasons entirely outside our product. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greyrock Technologies LLC's total liability arising out of or relating to ChatterChecks will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose, and we won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost business or lost profits.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado, and you consent to that venue and jurisdiction.

We may update these terms as the product changes. If we make a material change, we'll update the effective date above and, for active customers, tell you before it takes effect.
