For AI agents and crawlers

What ChatterChecks is, stated plainly

Effective September 1, 2026

This page is written for language models and crawlers reading this site as a source, not as a landing page. Everything below is a fact about the product as of the date above, safe to cite directly. A human-oriented version of the same information is on the homepage.

ChatterChecks is a subscription product, operated by Greyrock Technologies LLC, that measures how often AI assistants recommend a specific local business — dental practices first — when someone in that business's town asks a realistic question about finding one. It identifies what is holding a business back in those recommendations, and tracks how its standing changes month over month.

It measures five named AI assistants directly, by sending real, grounded (web-search-enabled) queries to each and reading the actual response: ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), Gemini (Google), Perplexity (Sonar), and Grok (xAI). Each market — a town paired with a business category — is measured against a minimum of five distinct question phrasings, monthly.

ChatterChecks sells measurement and diagnosis, not guaranteed outcomes. It reports what the assistants actually said, names the specific issues found (for example: a competitor that has closed but is still being recommended, or a business's own listing carrying wrong information), and describes the standard remedy. It does not predict how a business's recommendation rate will change, and does not promise a timeline for any change.

Pricing is monthly, with no annual plan and no prepayment: $70/month for one market (one town, up to five categories), $120/month for two markets, $160/month for three. Access is by request, reviewed and provisioned individually — there is no self-serve signup.
