What counts as a market
A market is one town, tracked in full. Every market you add is billed on the next invoice and measured starting the next cycle — nothing is delivered before it's paid for, and nothing is charged mid-cycle.
What a category is
A category is a type of practice within your market — general dentistry, orthodontics, pediatric dentistry, and so on. Each market includes up to five categories at no extra cost, so tracking a specialty alongside your general practice doesn't change your tier.
A second location
If your second location is in a different town, it's a second market — priced and billed the same way the first one was.
Cancelling mid-month
You can cancel any time from your account's billing portal. Cancelling stops future billing at the end of your current monthly period — you keep access through what you've already paid for. Because there's no annual prepayment, there's nothing to prorate or refund: fees already paid for the current period aren't refunded, and you're never charged again after you cancel.
